Singing, Dancing, and Serving Dinner

At least I was good at the dancing part!

Just after I moved to the Fredericksburg area I was called to audition for the part of Tintinabula (the belly dancer) in "A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum" at the beautiful Riverside Dinner Theatre, in Fredericksburg, VA. I had to take a leave of absence from my regular dancing jobs because the rehearsals and shows took most of my time for the next three months.

This funny musical ran for almost sixty performances, but I was still sorry to see it end. Afterwards I resumed my performance spots in the DC area, it was nice being able to wear my other costumes again!

Here I am in my 30-second dance spot!
